Staff IT Enterprises under the direction of Ron Krönen has been engaged with Hitachi since May 2011 and has been extended each and every year since then! We have consistently met our Hires Metrics / SLA for this management consulting / systems integration firm. Our cost metrics is consistent and under $5,000-7,000 per hires with the average hire salary 130 to 175k.

Pentaho Software – a Hitachi company
Staff IT Enterprises was engaged when Pentaho was just bought by Hitachi to fill numerous Solutions architects, Presales engineers, Product Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, SW developers and Marketing/Sales Resources.  We have consistently met our Hires Metrics / SLA for this management consulting / systems integration firm. Our cost metrics is consistent and under $5,000-7,000 per hire with the average hire salary 150 to 185k.

Insight Solutions
Staff IT Enterprises was engaged to Insight Solutions during the startup phase to fill numerous IoT Big Data and new emerging technology resources.  We have consistently met our Hires Metrics / SLA for this social innovation SW development division of Hitachi. Our cost metrics is consistent and under $5,000-7,000 per hire with the average hire salary 150 to 190k.

Hitachi Data Systems
Staff IT Enterprises was engaged to Insight Hitachi Data Solutions on several projects over the years to fill numerous SW Engineers, Lab developers, Data Scientists, QM Engineers, Product Developers and Product Marketing for HDS’s new emerging technologies.  On each engagement, (we have been on 3) we have consistently met our Hires Metrics / SLA for this computer / equipment manufacturing leader. Our cost metrics is consistent and under $5,000-7,000 per hire with the average hire salary 150 to 190k.

Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd
Staff IT Enterprises was engaged to Hitachi Solutions America on several Microsoft Dynamics projects over the years to fill numerous Developers, Engineers and end client delivery resources . We have consistently met our Hires Metrics / SLA and produce 3-4 hires each and every month for this MS eccentric integrator. Our cost metrics is consistent and under $4,000.00 per hire with the average hire salary 90k to 140k.

Hitachi Social Innovations
Staff IT Enterprises is currently (August 2017 to present on several initiatives – Ron Krönen is spearheading EMEA with openings for Sr resources in Amsterdam, and all throughout Europe. We are recruiting for Subject Matter experts in IoT / Digitalization. Metrics will be updates in next few months as project is underway.

Hitachi America
Staff IT Enterprises is currently (August 2017 to present on several initiatives – Rachel Wirtz will lead this effort in the USA for the Hitachi America’s group and will collaborate this effort with Hitachi Consulting. We are recruiting for Subject Matter experts in IoT / Digitalization vertical industries throughout the USA. Metrics will be updates in next few months as project is underway.

Virtustream Inc.
Ron Krönen was among the original folks to begin this “Start Up SAP Cloud Service Provider” and he and his team were instrumental over a period of 7 years in hiring about 350 resources over the 7 years, these were both perm experienced hires as well as contracted staff augmented resources to build the XStream software to enable connectivity to the cloud as well as scores of Hi Level IT resource staffing within both domestic USA, EMEA, Asia and the Middle East offices. This startup was then sold to EMC for 1.3 billion dollars in June 2015 and later EMC was sold to Dell. Staff IT Enterprises is still on contract to Virtustream today (2017-18).

Deckers Outdoor Corp.
Staff IT Enterprises was instrumental to implementing the International Oracle VAT tax system in China Mexico and USA.

CapGemini
Staff IT provided a valued cost per hire effective solution for CapGemini. Ron from Staff IT Enterprises was the lead recruiter for Capgemini in the Hosting Group.  He ABSOLUTELY saved our bacon at Textron finding us highly skilled folks to hire with days to fill the positions.  He has since gone back full time to his other enterprises and has started a Fed. Gov. practice with ex brass and generals. I am not sure if you have need to leverage recruitment specialists, but if you do, I would HIGHLY recommend Ron both personally and professionally.
