Rachel is a Colorado native and a graduate of Colorado State University, where she earned a double major in Social Work and Photography. She brings over 17 years of experience with StaffIT Enterprises, including the past eight years dedicated to supporting Hitachi America. Throughout her career, Rachel has partnered closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver full-cycle recruiting solutions across a wide range of skill sets, including technology, corporate, and specialized professional roles.

With a strong foundation in social work, Rachel approaches recruiting with a people-first mindset, focusing on building meaningful relationships, understanding business needs, and creating positive candidate experiences. Her background allows her to effectively assess both technical qualifications and cultural alignment, resulting in long-term, successful placements.

Rachel lives with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, baking, and spending time outdoors, taking full advantage of Colorado’s active lifestyle.
