Niela is currently located in Jamaica and serves Staff It Enterprises as a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting both Lemongrass Cloud and Hitachi accounts. She has over 5+ years of experience working in the human resource field as a Talent Specialist, Human Resource Support/Specialist. She is a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources at Northern Caribbean University. In 2019, she completed her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management. She enjoys traveling, cooking and reading.
