Ron is Chief Executive Officer at Staff IT Enterprises, which specializes in global talent acquisition, servicing professional advisory solutions within a wide array of industries/technical platforms. His career has spanned four decades, including his time as a principal partner at Project Objectives LLC (an IBM alliance company). Later, he joined DataForce (an Oracle Business Alliance Member) in the UK, as the Director of Recruiting (Southeastern US and Latin America). After his stay with DataForce, Ron started ERP Source, which evolved into SourceGroup. After a successful merger with American Recruiters International, he moved forward with the startup E-Tech Solutions (silicon chip development) and later he started Kron-Technology Solutions (an SAP IT consulting/staffing firm for ERP architecture). In May 2008, he became CEO of Staff IT Enterprises, a business conglomerate that supports outsourced recruitment solutions as well as becoming a partner of Defense Aerospace Integrators, a joint military integration consulting firm. Ron attended Franklin University located in Lugano, Switzerland where he studied International Economics and Human Resources as dual majors. He has traveled and lived throughout the world and is trilingual (English, Italian, and Hebrew).
